                Minister Donna Berry Jones was born November 21, 1952 in Lineville, Alabama to the union of the Jimmy Lee and Minnie Louise Bishop Berry. Minister Jones was educated in the Clay County School System.

                Minister Jones began a life with her husband in Lineville, Al. Their union was blessed with six children: Andrew Jones, Eastaboga, AL, Maryann Jones, Villa Rica, GA, Tammy (Felix) Cox Anniston, AL, Edward Jones, Lineville, Al, Shakir (Sheron) Corbin, Lineville, AL.

            She accepted Christ at a young age. She later joined The Move of God Bibleway Deliverance Tabernacle under the pastorate of Apostle Prezell Lane in Talladega, Al

             Minister Jones was a leader in her community where she enjoyed cooking and feeding the elderly. She loved being a spiritual mentor to those that needed encouragement and wanted to learn more about  Jesus Christ. She would spread the gospel wherever she went. She always let her love and faith in Christ lead her to encourage others. She enjoyed attending church and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  

             The battle that Minister Jones fought the last couple of months increased her faith in God. The Lord gave her victory on February 3, 2020 at 1:00 a.m. We thank God for her fight, her testimony and most of all God's unfailing love and faithfulness. Minister Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Lee Minnie Louise Bishop Berry; husband, Andrew Jones; son, Charles A. Jones; grandson, Jadan S.Boddie; brother, Arthur Berry.  

Minister Donna Jones memories will forever be cherished by her sisters, Annie Bishop Anniston, AL, Emma Berry Anniston, AL, Mary Gaither Forestville, MD, Linda Thomas Heflin, AL; brothers, Hubert Berry Lakeland, FL, Clifford (Rushie) Berry, Albany, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.


             Celebration of Life will be 2:00p.m. Monday, February 10, 2020 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Lineville, Reverend Shirleen Harvey, Pastor, Apostle Prezell Lane, Eulogist. Visitation will be 3:00-5:00p.m. Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Lineville. Interment will be in Lineville Community Cemetery.
