Miss Annie Corine Kimble was born in Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama on May 10, 1924 to the union of the late Thomas and Emma Lula Stevens Kimble. At an early age she confessed Christ and united with Sweet Home United Methodist Church. She served faithfully until her health declined. She was a Christian woman, a devoted wife, a very loving mother, and a friend to all. She served as a substitute teacher in the Gadsden City School System and as a youth activity director at the Gilchrist Boys and Girls Club for a number of years. Working with children was the joy of her life.
She was preceded in death by thirteen siblings, both husbands, a daughter, and a grandson. She departed this life on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at the Riverview Regional Medical Center.
