It is with deep sympathy that we announce the passing of Mr. Roosevelt McCain, Jr. of Gadsden, AL, who transitioned on May 9, 2021 at the age of 74.  We ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

ROOSEVELT "BROTHER" McCAIN, JR. WAS BORN APRIL 23,1947 TO THE PARENTAGE OF THE LATE ROOSEVELT  McCAIN, SR. AND CATHERINE BARRINGTON McCAIN.  HE ATTENDED GADSDEN CITY SCHOOL SYSTEM IN GADSDEN ,ALABAMA. HE CONFESSED CHRIST AT AN EARLY AGE.

ROOSEVELT "BROTHER "LOVED PEOPLE AND WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO LEND HELPING HAND.  HE WAS A FAITHFUL CHOIR MEMBER AND ALWAYS LOVED PLAYING HIS BASS GUITAR AT CHURCH OR AT HOME.  HE LOVED HIS PARENTS, HIS CHILDERN, SIBLINGS, NIECES,  NEPHEWS AND HIS GRANDCHILDERN, IN ALL HE LOVED HIS FAMILY DEARLY.


ROOSEVELT "BROTHER" IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS PARENTS, ROOSEVELT AND CATHERINE McCAIN, HIS SISTER, GLENDA McCAIN McCLOUD AND NEPHEW, ORLANDO WISE .

ROOSEVELT "BROTHER" LEAVES TO CHERISH HIS MEMORIES; HIS CHILDREN, RODNEY (STACEY) McCAIN, MACOMB,MI, KATHERINE "TAUANA" McCAIN, LIVONIA MI, ROOSEVELT "PINKIE" McCAIN III, GADSDEN, AL,  DEYONNA McCAIN, DETROIT, MI, TOIA McCAIN, REDFORD,MI; SISTERS, MARY McCAIN WISE, GADSDEN, AL, CATHY McCAIN (MICHAEL) GOGGINS, GADSDEN, AL; ONE BROTHER-IN-LAW, LAVON McCLOUD, ATTALLA, AL; 11 GRANDCHILDERN, 14 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND A HOST OF NEPHEWS, NIECES, COUSINS AND FRIENDS.
