Alanda Toby Douthard

Alanda T. Douthard, affectionately known by family and friends as Toby was born to the late George and Peggy Carol Douthard on September 3, 1961. He was united in holy matrimony with Jacqueline Smith-Glover on December 22, 1981 in Hanford, CA. Their union was blessed with five children.

Toby enlisted into the United States Navy proudly serving his country. He was an avid music lover, introducing us to several of his favorite artists, including Sade, Chaka Chan, Bob Marley, and more. His ear for timeless music served as an inspiration to all who crossed his path.

Toby was preceded in death by his parents, George, and Peggy Carol Douthard.

Toby departed this life on Sunday, April 9, 2023. 

He leaves to cherish his memory to his wife, Jacqueline; children Alanda, Anthony, Manisha, Maxine, Alia, Shalonda, and Rashanee; grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; brothers, Melvin, Dammond, Andre', and Anthony; sister, Angela, and a host of family and friends.
