Betty R. Moore

It is with heartfelt sympathy, we announce the passing of Mrs. Betty R. Moore, of Gadsden, AL., who transitioned on Monday, January 17, 2022, at the age of 83.  We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Mrs. Betty R. Moore was born on April 25,1938 in Cherokee County, Alabama to the Late James Wilson and Georgia Ann Miller. 

She confess Christ at an early age

On January 4, 2002 Betty fell in love with Mr. George Williams where they became one on this special day.

She remained faithful to their vows, they took before God to stay together until death. Betty really enjoyed helping others, doing her art's and crafts, cooking, and she love watching her TV. 

She departed her life on Monday January 17, 2022 at her home surrounded by her husband and friends by her side.  

Those left to cherish her memories a devoted husband, George Williams; sisters, Stella Williams, Brenda Hawkins, and Wanda Macker.  brothers, Bobby Miller and Eddie Miller; sister-in laws, Cathy Williams, Nyoka Williams, Pamela Williams, Vivan Bush and Ella M. Brewster;  brother-in-law, Glenn Williams; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
