With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Bobby Louis Dark of Lineville, who traded time for eternity on, Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the age of 74.
Bobby Louis Dark was born on June 7, 1950 to the parents of Earlene Kelley and James Dark in Coosa County, AL.
Bobby accepted Christ at an early age at Delta Missionary Baptist Church. Bobby graduated from Clay County Training School and later attended Southern Union Community College.
Bobby met the love of his life Tina Williams and was married on March 18, 2006.
Bobby worked with Alabama Department Highway and retired from the United States Army in 1995 after 22 years of service.
Bobby was preceded in death by his father, James Dark; siblings, Raymond Kelley, Thurn “Snake” Kelley, Terry Kelley, Mattie Joe Wilson, Betty Jean Johnson.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Tina Dark; children, Reginald Hardy, Laron Dark, Danny (Jacintha) Adair, Jamar Reaves, La-Brea Williams, Janita Reaves; host of grandchildren; mother-in-law, Effie Payne; brother-in-law, Author Wilson; sister-in-law, Canary Kelley; remaining classmates of 1969 and a host of family and friends.
