David E. Mitchell

David E. Mitchell was born on July 22, 1958, to the late Dank Mitchell and Margaret Mitchell in Anniston, Alabama. 

He was a God loving man who enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren, who he cherished and loved with his whole heart. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and had a heart of gold. He worked as a lead saw man at a truss shop and did general carpentry. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dank and Margaret Mitchell; his daughter Candace Taylor; his grandson, La'David Hayes; two brothers and one sister. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Lori C. Mitchell; children, David Shane (Robin), Christy (Anthony), Melinda (Jeff), Eric (Christy), and Marcia (Chris); grandchildren, Tomisha, Alysia (Jesse), Tommy, Jr. (Alivia), Kennedy, Ava, Blaine, Alyssa P., Alyssa A. (La'David), Kaitlin, Richard, Isaiah, Alex, Tori, and Paige, two great-grandchildren, Mariah and Tommy, lll; two sisters; five brothers;  a host of nieces and nephews.
