David "Pete" Moore Sr.

David “Pete“ Moore Sr. was born December 15, 1944 in Gadsden Alabama to the late Alice Maude Riddle. He was the oldest of 10 children.
He married Wanda Faye Densmore on February 13, 1961. To this union five children were born.
    David was a strong willed, headstrong, intelligent man. He mastered the art of contracting. Also he drew blueprints for several homes that he built. He had a special love for gardening and fishing. His latest past time was getting up early to meet with his friends.(Louis,Jerry, Big Dave, Barbara,&  Bobby) to have coffee and talk.
    He departed his earthly home on March 6,2023. he was preceded in death by his mother, Alice, M. Riddle. His sisters, Donna K, Riddle,Deborah Pointer. One brother, Timothy, Riddle and one special grandson, Justin Moore. 
      Cherishing his memories are; his loving and devoted wife of 62 years,Wanda Moore, 
five children:two sons, David(Rhonda)MooreJr.,
DeAngelo Moore,;three daughters; Waltinna Moore,all of Gadsden,Al,Wenda Waker  of Scottsboro,Al and Wyteria(Harold) White of Houston,Tx. 11 grandchildren, 17 Great grandchildren.Four sisters: Mary Jo Coates, Mary Lynn Riddle, Brenda Riddle, Wanda F. Riddle. Three brothers: L.C. Riddle, John H. Riddle, Lawerence Riddle, all of Gadsden,Al. Four sister-in-laws: Lillie Canady, Gloria Crocton, Shirley(Charles) Vaughn, and Patricia(James)Smith.three brother-in-laws:Larry Densmore, Phillip(Cheryl)Densmore, and James Densmore all of Gadsden ,Al  a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many  dear friends.
