Ja'Una Unique English

It is with heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Ja'Una Unique English of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the age of 23. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Ja’Una Unique English was born on January 25, 2001 to Madricka (Juan) Bostick and Jerry (Messie) English in Gadsden, AL. 

She confessed Christ at an early age and united with Word Alive in Coldwater, Al. 

She graduated in 2019 from Gadsden City High School, where she played the clarinet and later was a color guard in the marching band. 

She loved to sing in the concert choir, read books, learning different languages, listening to music, watching scary movies and taking care of any animal or human in need. 

Ja'Una loved to hug and didn't meet any strangers because she saw good in everyone and thought the world was nothing but sunshine and butterflies.
