It is with deep sympathy we announce the passing of Julia F. Taylor of Gadsden, AL, who transitioned on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the age of 72. We ask that you keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during the difficult time.
Mrs. Julia Fain Taylor was born on March 31, 1950, to the union of Mr. Lensey and Mrs. Mattie King in Glencoe, Etowah County, Alabama.
She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and united with Shiloh Baptist Church in Gadsden, Alabama under the leadership of Rev. Dr. J. E. Merriweather.
Mrs. Taylor departed her life on November 23, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. Lensey and Mrs. Mattie King.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband Mr. Willie Taylor; her three children, Sharyll Vinson, Daryll Vinson, and Raeven Bagley all of Gadsden, Alabama; 11 grandchildren; five sisters, Dorothy King, Bertha Douthard both of Gadsden, Alabama, Mattie Lynn King, of Saginaw, Michigan, Emma King of Defiance, Ohio, Lorraine Fortune of Huntsville, Alabama; and one brother, Lensey C. King of Saginaw, Michigan; several beautiful nieces and handsome nephews and tons of special friends.
