With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Mr. Larry Adair of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at the age of 73. We ask that you keep his family and friends in your prayers during this difficult time.
Mr. Larry Adair was born on January 12, 1949, to the late John and Christine Adams Adair in Gadsden, Alabama.
Larry was a courageous man who believed in legacy. To create his legacy, he finished his education at Carver High School. Not long after graduating, he then started a career as a professional truck driver. He was a very hardworking man which rewarded him the opportunity to become an owneroperator.
He enjoyed sports, talks about upcoming events, and anything that had to do with semi-trucks. Larry was one of God's greatest soldiers. He had a passion for helping others and spreading wisdom.
On May 22, 2022, Larry was called off the battlefield to return home.
The memories and legacy that will be carried on are insurmountable.
The legacy he leaves behind will be cherished by his sons, Terrick Adair and Drexel Adair; sisters, Shirley Scott, Earnestine Adair, and Norma Adair; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
