It is with deep sympathy we announce the passing of Louvinia Underwood of Gadsden, AL, who transitioned on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the age of 73. We ask that you keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

The Obituary
Mrs. Louvinia Underwood was born on January 16, 1949, in Fort Payne, Alabama to Mrs. Lizzie Fielder.
She confessed to Christ at an early age at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. E. B. Radden. She attended Fort Payne City Schools.
She departed this life on Monday, October 4, 2022.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Ralph Underwood; and son, Calvin D. Turner.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Toshna Towells, Tovio D. Turner, Sharon Underwood, Ralph Lamonth Underwood Jr., all of Gadsden, Alabama; three sisters, Edna Brown, Villa Rica, Georgia, Dorthy Burge, South Bend, Indiana, and Hixie (Richard) Lewis, Gadsden, Alabama; grandchildren, Larry (Alkina) Avery, Jr., Gadsden, Alabama, Shantel Underwood, Gadsden, Alabama, La’Teshia Collins, Gadsden, Alabama, Alicia Bradford, Gadsden, Alabama, Conelus Turner, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Rashad Underwood, Gadsden, Alabama, Zabeia Underwood, Gadsden, Alabama, Ebony Malone, Birmingham, Alabama, Zaidrian Underwood, Albertville Alabama; eight great- grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and many dear friends.
