Marshall Orr, Jr., was born on February 22, 1963 to Marshall Orr, Sr., and Julia Mae Stewart Orr in Ft. Payne, AL.
Mashall accepted Christ and united with Collins Chapel United Methodist Church in Collinsville, AL. He was educated in the Dekalb County School System. Marshall enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling and talking with other people.
Marshall accepted his Master’s call on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Crossville Health and Rehab Facility.
Marshall was preceded into death by his father, Marshall Orr Sr.; sister, Stella Rebecca Orr; grandmother, Osie Orr; aunts and uncles, Frances Turner, Annie Mae Jones, Surlee Orr, and William Orr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Julia S. Orr; two brothers, Ross (Stacey) Orr of Collinsville, Alabama; Ken (Felicia) Moore of Rainsville, Alabama; four sisters, Sonya (Carlos) Stanton of Gadsden, Alabama, Julia E. Orr of Collinsville, Alabama, Consuello (John) Williams of Gadsden, Alabama, and Peggy (Alto) Moore of Georgia; his great aunts, Ora Jones, Minnie Orr of Collinsville, Alabama; one uncle, Leon Orr of Sarasota, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
