Reginald Darshun Davis

It is with heartfelt sympathy, that we announce the passing of Mr. Reginald D. Davis of Gadsden, AL, who transitioned on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the age of 43. We ask that you keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. 

Reginald Davis was born on December 11, 1980, in Sheffield, AL to the parents of Tawana A. Davis and Reggie K. Sumpter. 
Reggie graduated from Gadsden High School in 1999. Reggie was employed at SIP Delaware as a Logistics/Inventory Manager and as a Recruiting and Social Media Coordinator at Average Joe's Sports Talk. Reggie enjoyed photography, music, and all things sports. 
He answered his Master's call on Sunday, January 28, 2024. 
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mattie L. Davis and Lora M. Sumpter. 
Reggie leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother, Tawana A. Davis; father, Reggie (Antoinette) Sumpter; sisters, Salandria Davis, Darnesha Thornton, Zari Boggs Quail, Ikaria Wofford; nephew, Gabriel Stocks; niece, Giana Stocks; uncle, William Page; aunts, Loretta (Lavelle) Marrie, Joyce (John) Marrie, Tanya Sumpter; special friend, Kelly Chambers; bonus grandmother, Sherlene Bethley.
