With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Robbie Jean Manzy Snow of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at the age of 82. We ask that you keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Robbie Jean Manzy Snow was born to the parents of Henry Dunkin and Lucy Manzy on June 14, 1942, in Gadsden, Alabama.
At a early age she accepted Christ and maintained her Christian faith throughout her adult life. As a young girl Robbie always displayed a beautiful smile, loved to dance and have a good time.
Robbie graduated from Carver High School in 1960. She was a majorette for four years.
Robbie worked as a Nurse Aide at the Holy Name of Jesus Hospital for many years.
Robbie Jean loved her children, step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Robbie Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Snow; her mother, Nancy Manzy; her father, Henry Dunkin; brother, Raybon Williams; son, James Louis Wright; daughters, Altheia Regina Wright, Yolanda Denise Wright and her grandson, Brandon Kirkpatrick.
Robbie answered her Master's call on May 6, 2025.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories to her sons, Derek Wright and Jakwavis Wright; step-children, Wilbert Wright, Phelonese Wright; grandchildren, Daryl Hoskins, Jamie Wright, Cassie Wright, Ashley Melson, Aurielle Smith, Lola Wright, Brandi Williams, Candi Wright, and Derek Wright, Jr.; sisters, Loretta Brown and Glenda Hardy; and a host of special friends and many great grandchildren.
