Rodriguez Garcia ("Rickey") Crook

With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Mr. Rodriguez Garcia Crook of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Wednesday,  January 21, 2026 at the age of 68.

Rodriguez Garcia Crook was born on November 14, 1957 to the late Helen Cameron and Marshall Crook, in Gadsden, AL. He was affectionately known to family and friends as “Ricky” and “Fat Cat.” 

Ricky received his education through the Attalla School System.

He was preceded in death by his eldest brother, Roman Crook.

He leaves to cherish his memory one brother, Marshall K. Crook, and one sister, Cornetta Crook, both of Gadsden; special friend, Ms. Stacey Gary, along with many other relatives and lifelong friends.
