It is with heartfelt sympathy we announce the earthly transition of Sharold Kerley of Cleveland, Ohio, formally of Collinsville,Al, who traded time for eternity on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the age of 71.

Elder Sharold Louise Brown Kerley was born September 11, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Ethel May and Harold Brown. 

Elder Kerley was an anointed prayer warrior and a woman of faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Sharold graduated from East Technical High School Class of 1971 in Cleveland, Ohio. She continued her education at Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio and Bean Bible College, Akron, Ohio

Sharold's professional career spanned throughout many years at Spitzer Motor City of Cleveland, Ohio and she retired in 2022 from Constellation Schools.

Elder Kerley joined Apostolic Church of God in 1985. Throughout her spiritual journey, she was ordained through the Pentecostal Assembly of the World by the late Pastor Elder Willie Pope. Elder Kerley also served as the President of the Northeast Region Christian Women.

Sharold met and married the love of her life, the late Louie Alton Kerley. This union was blessed with four children, Jarold, Janeice, Alton and Alneisa. Her family consisted of her brothers, Harold deceased (June), William deceased, Kirk deceased (Yvonne); sister, Harolette (Ernie) deceased, Harolynn (Thomas) deceased, Ethel (Robert) deceased; grandchildren, Justin, Aveyah, Mahogany, Jamir; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
