Memorial services for Vicky Miles, 59, of Weaver, formerly of Clay County, will be held in the Clay Chapel of Adams-Buggs Funeral Service, Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 12:00 noon with burial to follow at Dingler's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Vicky was born December 26, 1966, in Clay County. She was a proud Lineville Aggie and an avid Alabama Fan. After high school she went to college and became an LPN in 1994. She proudly served as a nurse for over 30 years taking care of so many patients and their families with much love, care, and compassion.
She was a lifelong fan of music and introduced many to different styles of music. She was a trendsetter and a trailblazer in her own right and taught us all how to be our authentic selves
Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, John William Miles, Jr. and Mattie Strickland; a sister, Myra Miles; a brother, David Edmondson; grandparents, Jim and Lessie Edmondson, David and Rosie Gray, and John William Miles, Sr.
She is survived by her beloved son, Jacob Miles of Anniston; sisters, Jona Ackles (Martin) and Jana Bishop (Josh) brother, Tim Miles (Amy) and her longtime friend, Melissa Angle.
