Victoria Alaysis (Jones) Hood

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Please join us in celebrating the life of Ms. Victoria Alaysis Jones-Hood, of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the age of 35. Please keep her family lifted in your thoughts and prayers. 

Pallbearers and Flower Bearers will be the Gadsden City High School Class of 2007.

In loving memory of our dear Tori, who graced our lives on December 4th, 1988, with boundless love and joy for thirty-five unforgettable years. A devoted fan of Alabama football, her passion ignited stadiums and hearts alike. Her kitchen was a symphony of sweet aromas, where her cakes became legendary, each slice a testament to her culinary mastery and love for sharing. Traveling was her compass, guiding her to adventures near and far, collecting memories like treasures along the way.
 
Her caring spirit knew no bounds, as she poured her heart into nurturing others, always ready with a listening ear and comforting embrace. A dancer in every sense, she moved through life with grace and rhythm, spreading laughter and happiness wherever she went.
 
But above all, Tori’s greatest joy was found in family, especially in the laughter of her twin nephews. Their giggles were her music, and their smiles her greatest reward. Though she may have left this world too soon, her spirit lives on in the cherished moments we shared and the love she gave so freely.

Victoria was granted her wings on May 9th, 2024; reunited with her Great-Grandmother Amy Malone, and Grandfather Joe Aaron. Rest in Peace, our dear Tori, knowing you have left an everlasting mark on our hearts. Your light shines on in the memories we hold dear, forever dancing in our hearts.
