With heartfelt sympathy, we announce the earthly transition of Warren Harrison of Gadsden, who traded time for eternity on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the age of 66. We ask that you keep his family and friends in your prayers during this difficult time.
Warren Keith Harrison, of Gadsden was born on February 15, 1959, to the parents of Charity Garner-Harrison and Wilbert Harrison, Sr.
Warren was an active member of 16th Street Baptist Church of Gadsden. He graduated from Litchfield High, where he was known as "Skyhigh" for his high leaps on the basketball court. He served in the United States Military from 1979-1982. Preceding his honorable discharge, he was a fork lift driver at several local businesses. Warren loved sports, family, and making someone laugh while having a good time.
Warren is preceeded in death by his wife, Kathy Hester Harrison; his parents, Wilbert Keith Harrison, Sr. and Charity B. Garner-Harrison; his oldest sibling, Vernon Herron, Sr.
Warren answered his Master's call on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Samantha (Jermaine) Snow, Jamey Keith Harrison and Elijah Dupree; grandchildren, Vanessa Roden, JeBrelle Keith Snow, Sampson Hester; siblings, Janice Clifton, Wilbert (Michelle) Harrison and Felicia Harrison; sister-in-law, Ivalene Harrison; nieces, April Usher, Latorria (Alexander) Harrison Williams, Lindsey (Jimmy) Clifton Thomas, Brittany Harrison; nephew, Vernon Lee Herron, Jr., and Joshua Harrison; special great-niece, Jalinza Thomas, special friend, Dianna Edwards, along with a host of great nephews, nieces, cousins, and church family.
