     Orlando J. Williams was born to Israel Williams and Allie Mae Kelley on October 2, 1955 in Gadsden, Alabama. He was the seventh of eight children. Orlando was lovingly known as Duke.

     His passion in life was his family, friends and he loved sports and fishing. Orlando joined and was baptized at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Attalla, Alabama at an early age under the pastorate of the late Reverend T.P. Walker.

     Orlando was a graduate of Etowah High School’s Class of 1977, where he excelled in sports. He continued his education at Gadsden Technical College, graduating in 1987 as an Automobile Mechanic.

     Mr. Williams departed this life Friday, April 13, 2018 at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice Center, Albertville, Alabama. Orlando was preceded in death by his parents, Israel and Allie Mae (Kelley) William,Sr., an older brother Larry D. Williams and grandparents, Alex “EK” and Mattie C.(Burton) Kelley. He leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved daughter, Stacie Michelle Outlaw Jacksonville, AL; grandson, Matthew Brown; four brothers, Jesse (Devon) Williams, Gadsden, AL, Israel Williams, Jr., Buffalo, NY, Rudolph (Yvette) Williams, Gadsden, AL, Julius Williams, Cleveland, OH; two sisters, Rachel Williams Childs, Rainbow City, AL, Deborah Williams Wise (Ricky), Powder Springs, GA; Four other Sisters, Frances Elizabeth Wise, Union City, GA; Della Parker; Minnie Parker; Cheral Boley, Gadsden, AL; Seven other brothers, Felton (P.T.) Parker, Attalla, AL, Donovan (Wanda) Parker, Attalla, AL; Reginald (Chenada) Parker, Gadsden, AL, Charlie (Tanesa) Parker, Gadsden, AL, Randy (Lisa) Boley, Columbus, GA, Darren Boley, Attalla, AL, Terrence Graves, Attalla, AL; one aunt, Christine James, Attalla, AL; one uncle, Benjamin Kelley, Attalla, AL, special cousin, Thomas Marbury and a special caregiver, Mary Bolton, special friends for over 28 years, Erica and PJ Brooks and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and treasured friends.
